Project management plan

The current deliverable contains a detailed Project Management Plan (PMP) for the URGENT project. The document intends to describe the execution, monitoring and control of the project activities, it includes the GANTT Chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for all work packages. It provides a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.
The PMP details the objectives to be accomplished, the methodology for achieving them, the roles and responsibilities of each partner and the reporting procedures. It acts as a reference document for all project decisions, ensuring clarity and quality of the work.
