Plan for dissemination, exploitation and communication activities

The deliverable 7.1 “Plan for the dissemination, exploitation and communication activities” has been developed in the URGENT Work Package 7 context. It aims to (i) disseminate the project’s outcomes, thereby strengthening cooperation, creating a platform for project results, and facilitating wider acceptance of new innovative technologies; (ii) promote the exploitation of results, including knowledge transfer, the exploration of new standards and (policy) advice, and the utilisation of new methods and technology; (iii) foster market uptake of the solutions via targeted dissemination and clear exploitation routes.
The purpose of this document is to present the strategy that will be followed for all the dissemination, exploitation and communication activities of the project and suggest a concrete plan for their implementation throughout the project’s 3,5 year duration.
The document outlines all the dissemination and communication tools, channels, and activities that will be utilised in the project, tailored to their respective target groups. It also details the optimal timing for executing the communications strategy and specifies the responsibilities and contributions expected from the various partners.Deliverable 7.1 is a living document that will evolve throughout the project’s duration; it serves as a dynamic record of agreements among the partners, to be reviewed and updated regularly.
