Alper Baba holds a degree in geology and a doctorate in the field of hydrogeology from the Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir. He has 30 years of experience in hydrogeological and geothermal energy problems in different parts of the world. Since 2010 he has been a professor at Izmir Institute of Technology as a director of International Water Resources Department. He is teaching and conducting research in the field of environmental geology, groundwater contamination, geothermal energy, and hydrogeology. He has coordinated a variety of national and international R&D projects in co-operation with research institutes and companies, among them NATO, World Bank, EBRD, and EU-funded projects.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Andrew is a geophysicist with more than 40 years of senior management experience in the international seismic data acquisition industry. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of RemEX Technologies Ltd, which provides IoT services to the geophysical industry including real-time ambient noise monitoring for nodal surveys. His career spans the full development of cable-free seismic acquisition technology from the first Single Group Recorder (SGR) system manufactured by GUS and deployed in the 1980s on Amoco crews to the latest nodal technology. He was part of the team at Innoseis BV which took the Tremornet node from prototype to first commercial sales and was subsequently a technical advisor to Inova Geophysical. He is an active member of the EAGE.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
